The Managing Company Number One operates in 3 key areas: - Initial monitoring and selection of undervalued funds, assets, ideas and forming entrepreneurial projects on the their base;

- The first key area features 5 pilot programs for initial project selection and monitoring:
- Regional (in partnership with the Administration of the Saratov Region),
- Sectoral (in partnership with the HydroOGK Managing Company),
- Corporative (in partnership with the ROEL Group),
- Network (in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce, Russian Federation)
- Innovational (in partnership with the Kurchatov Research Institute).
- For the purpose of elaborating, standardizing and conducting projects The First National Corporation (NUK) was founded by the Managing Company Number One together with its partner ROEL Group.
- The third key area includes forming a spectrum of investment instruments to finance entrepreneurial and corporative projects. The partners are the following:
